2024 MF BEST PAPER AWARDS

for papers published in 2023

In recognition of the contributions and continued support of authors, the editors of Modern Finance are pleased to inaugurate the annual Best Paper Awards. The "2024 MF Best Paper Award" will be given to articles published between January 1 and December 31, 2023. After careful evaluation, the MF Award Committee will select the paper nominated for the Best Paper Award.

 ELIGIBILITY:

  • All papers published in MF between January 1 and December 31, 2023.
  • Both regular and special issues are eligible.

SELECTION CRITERIA:

Papers will be selected for the Best Paper Award based on the following criteria:

  • Scientific contribution, novelty, and originality.
  • Number of citations.
  • Readership and downloads.

AWARDS:

  • Best Paper Award: US$300 and a certificate.
  • Runner-Up Award: A certificate.

Prizes will be announced during the 1st Modern Finance Conference (15-17 September 2024, Warsaw, Poland). The cash prize is funded by the Modern Finance Institute.
